1. Book a discovery call

Start by filling out a short application and book a discovery call. We’ll chat about what you’re looking for with SEO and make sure coaching is the right fit.

We’ll secure your booking with a contract and invoice.

2. Onboarding

You’ll get a Questionnaire to share your goals, business priorities, and the target audience you’re trying to reach on search engines. Next, I’ll audit your website, keywords, and analytics to surface your SEO focus areas.

3. SEO coaching sessions

Our coaching sessions are scheduled on both of our calendars. When it’s time to meet, I’ll walk you through your SEO audit, and we’ll develop your SEO plan of action together. We’ll discuss what to focus on, what to fix first, and how to implement.

Each session is tailored to your interests and needs. I’ll have a few SEO topics in mind that we can work on, and you’re encouraged to set the agenda as well.

4. Implementation

After our coaching call, the magic happens! You start implementing the action items from our coaching call.

I’ll review your work, give actionable feedback, and help overcome any roadblocks along the way. (Private chat channel for unlimited support!)

5. Wrap up

As we close out your program, we’ll review your progress and results. By the end, your website would be more optimized to start driving more traffic and leads from Google.

How is a 1:1 coaching session like?

A coaching session starts with a clear agenda of an SEO topic you want to work on. For example, you may have recently launched a new local business and want to know what are the next steps to focus on.

During our session, you’ll learn what are the first steps in local SEO, how to find keywords and optimize your Google business listing. Then, we explore rank tracking and learn how you rank in the local pack. You are encouraged to apply what we have discussed and think what you should do next.

At the end of the session, you’ll have homework or SEO action items with exact steps to implement. You should walk away from each coaching session feeling confident and empowered to do SEO for your business.

When you secure your booking by signing the coaching agreement and making payment for the invoice.

Who does the implementation?

You are responsible for all aspects of implementation and making changes to your website. The program comes with a library of SEO and website setup tutorials, and you’ll have Leanne’s 1:1 guidance to help you along the way.

We love teaching website owners how to regain control of their site and make content updates. For example, during a coaching session, we can update a page live together so you see the process step-by-step.

What exactly, is coaching? Do I get any deliverables from you?

Coaching is a done-with-you service. During our 1 hour coaching sessions, we brainstorm SEO strategy, review your keywords, blog post content, optimizations, troubleshoot SEO issues, look into Google Analytics… nothing is off-limits. After the coaching call ends, you’ll implement the changes on your website.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the consultative nature of the coaching program, no refunds will be provided.

I don’t have time for coaching. Can you just audit my website and tell me what to fix?

Yes and no. We generally believe in ongoing consulting, improvement, and iteration, compared to one-off audits. This is because audits tend to wind up dusty and un-utilized in someone’s (virtual) desk.

If you can commit to our coaching program, you’ll get a tailored SEO strategy and website audit that we’ll go over together.

That said, if you need answers immediately, reach out for project based SEO consultancy instead.

Can I just buy 1 consultation session with you?

No, and for good reason!

Organic growth comes from ongoing improvements across multiple areas of your website and strategy. A single conversation won’t create meaningful, lasting results. And that’s not what we do here.
