The process
Collaborative, strategic, and transparent. We plan, test, and optimize together so you’re never left guessing what’s going on under the hood. You’ll see the process, the progress, and the results.
1. Book a discovery call
Start by filling out a short application and book a discovery call. We’ll chat about what you’re looking for with SEO and make sure coaching is the right fit.
We’ll secure your booking with a contract, payment plan, and 30% deposit.
2. Onboarding
You’ll get a Questionnaire to share your goals, business priorities, and the target audience you’re trying to reach on search engines. Next, I’ll audit your website, keywords, and analytics to surface your SEO focus areas.
3. SEO coaching sessions and deliverables
Our coaching sessions are scheduled on both of our calendars. When it’s time to meet, I’ll walk you through your SEO audit, and we’ll develop your SEO game plan together. We’ll discuss what to focus on, what to fix first, and how to implement.
In upcoming coaching sessions, we’ll get more hands-on with page reviews and content improvements. You’ll also get a custom keyword list, content calendar, and link-building plan.
4. Implementation
After our coaching call, the magic happens! You start implementing the action items on your SEO game plan. I’ll review your work, give feedback, and help overcome any roadblocks along the way. (Private chat channel for unlimited support!)
5. Wrap up
As we close out your program, we will review your progress and results. By the end, your website would be more optimized to start driving more traffic and leads from Google.

Who does the implementation?
You are responsible for all aspects of implementation and making changes to your website. The program comes with a library of SEO and website setup tutorials, and you’ll have Leanne’s 1:1 guidance to help you along the way.
We love teaching website owners how to regain control of their site and make content updates. For example, during a coaching session, we can update a page live together so you see the process step-by-step.
What exactly, is coaching? Do I get any deliverables from you?
Coaching is a done-with-you service. During our 1 hour coaching sessions, we brainstorm SEO strategy, review your keywords, blog post content, optimizations, troubleshoot SEO issues, look into Google Analytics… nothing is off-limits. After the coaching call ends, you’ll implement the changes on your website.
